These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the s13apk platform. By registering an account or placing any wager on s13apk, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety. Please read this document carefully before proceeding.

You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to open and operate an s13apk account. One account per person; duplicate accounts are not permitted.

Any Member found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and their deposited funds returned to the payment source used for the original deposit, subject to verification.
The s13apk platform is operated for and marketed to residents of Indonesia. You must be physically located in Indonesia at the time of registration and during platform use. It is your personal responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online betting services complies with any laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. s13apk does not offer services to residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local statute.

To register an account on s13apk, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, and a valid mobile phone number registered in Indonesia. The use of fictitious names, borrowed identities, or false addresses constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
Each Member is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) s13apk account. The prohibition on multiple accounts applies across devices, IP addresses, payment methods, and household members who share a residential address. Where s13apk identifies multiple accounts associated with the same individual, all accounts except the original registered account will be closed and any balances will be consolidated or forfeited at s13apk's discretion.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. s13apk will never request your password through any channel — any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately. You agree to notify s13apk promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. s13apk will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the Member has failed to maintain adequate credential security.
To access full withdrawal privileges and higher deposit limits, Members must complete KYC verification by submitting a clear copy of a valid government-issued identity document. Accepted documents include: Indonesia n KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk), passport, or SIM (Surat Izin Mengemudi). Documents must be valid, legible, and clearly show the Member's full name, date of birth, and photograph. s13apk reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation, including proof of address or payment method ownership, at any time.
s13apk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels:
All transactions on s13apk are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). s13apk does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency transfers, or third-party payment accounts not registered in the Member's own name.
Minimum deposit amounts and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed within the Member's account dashboard and may be subject to change. As a general guideline, minimum deposits start from Rp 10.000 for e-wallet channels and Rp 25.000 for bank transfer channels. Withdrawal minimums and daily limits are tier-dependent based on the Member's KYC verification level and account history.
Deposits via local bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited to the Member's s13apk balance within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation. In rare cases of bank processing delays, deposits may take up to 30 minutes. If a deposit has not been credited after 30 minutes, the Member should contact s13apk support with the transaction reference number and a screenshot of the transfer confirmation.
Withdrawal requests from fully KYC-verified accounts are processed within 15–60 minutes during standard WIB business hours (08:00–24:00 WIB, Monday through Sunday). Withdrawals submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed at the commencement of the next business period. s13apk reserves the right to conduct enhanced review for withdrawal amounts exceeding account-tier thresholds, which may extend processing time to up to 24 hours.

All bonuses and promotional offers issued by s13apk are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion as published on the s13apk platform at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence in respect of that promotion only.
The s13apk welcome bonus is available to new Members making their first qualifying deposit. To be eligible, a Member must: (a) have successfully completed account registration; (b) not have previously held an s13apk account; (c) make their first deposit within the stated promotional window; and (d) opt in to the welcome bonus at the point of deposit where applicable. Bonus amounts are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the specific welcome promotion terms.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion. For the avoidance of doubt: a 10x rollover on a Rp 100.000 bonus means the Member must place total qualifying bets of Rp 1.000.000 before the bonus-derived funds become withdrawable. Bets placed on certain game types, at odds below specified minimums, or via certain bet structures (e.g., void legs in mix parlay accumulator bets) may not contribute toward wagering requirements — refer to individual promotion terms for qualifying bet definitions.
s13apk employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets to minimise risk while satisfying rollover requirements (arbitrage), using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play, and colluding with other Members to manipulate bonus terms. Where bonus abuse is detected, s13apk reserves the right to: void all bonus funds and associated winnings; close the Member's account; withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation; and report the activity to relevant authorities where appropriate.
Reload bonuses, cashback offers, free-bet credits, and seasonal promotions (including promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August) are subject to availability and may be modified or withdrawn at s13apk's sole discretion at any time. Promotional offers are not contractual entitlements and their continued availability cannot be guaranteed.
All sports bets placed on s13apk are subject to the specific rules applicable to each market type, sport, and competition. Key general rules include:
All slot and table game outcomes on s13apk are generated by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect theoretical long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee any individual session outcome. Members acknowledge that all casino games involve an inherent house edge and that outcomes are the result of chance.
Live casino games operated by Evolution Gaming on the s13apk platform are subject to Evolution Gaming's own game rules in addition to s13apk's general terms. In the event of a technical failure during a live casino session (including stream disconnection, dealing error, or equipment malfunction), the outcome will be determined in accordance with Evolution Gaming's technical failure protocols, which take precedence over player preference.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets on s13apk are conducted according to official draw schedules and results. Bets must be placed before the stated cut-off time for each draw. Late submissions will not be accepted. Winnings are calculated at the fixed odds stated at the time of bet placement and are credited automatically upon draw result confirmation.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the s13apk platform and will result in account suspension and investigation:
s13apk operates with a target uptime of 99.7% and maintains redundant infrastructure to minimise service interruptions. However, s13apk does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable. s13apk shall not be liable for losses incurred by Members as a result of platform downtime, technical failures, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
Gambling involves financial risk. Members participate in betting and gaming activities on s13apk entirely at their own financial risk. s13apk does not accept liability for gambling losses incurred by Members in the ordinary course of using the platform. s13apk strongly advises Members never to wager amounts beyond their personal financial means. The provision of deposit limits and responsible gaming tools does not transfer responsibility for financial management from the Member to s13apk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, s13apk's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member in the preceding 12-month period. This limitation applies to all claims, whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise.
s13apk shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of government or regulatory authority, widespread telecommunications infrastructure failure, cyberattacks, or pandemics. During a force majeure event, affected obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event.
A Member may close their s13apk account at any time by submitting a written closure request to our support team via the contact email address provided on this platform. Prior to closure, the Member should withdraw any remaining cash balance. s13apk will process account closure requests within 5 business days. Note that self-exclusion requests (for responsible gaming purposes) are processed immediately and are handled separately from general account closure — see our Responsible Gaming page for details.
s13apk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Member's account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account termination for terms violations, s13apk reserves the right to void any pending bets, forfeit Bonus Funds, and withhold winnings pending the outcome of any fraud or abuse investigation. Cash balances from verified genuine deposits (where no fraud is found) will be returned to the Member via the original deposit method following the conclusion of any investigation. s13apk will not be liable for losses associated with bets voided as a consequence of account termination for cause.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which s13apk is licensed and incorporated. While s13apk primarily serves the Indonesian market, the platform operates under an international gaming licence. Members acknowledge that the applicable governing law may differ from Indonesian domestic law.
In the event of a dispute between a Member and s13apk, the Member should first contact s13apk's support team to seek an informal resolution. s13apk commits to responding to all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable licensing authority. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
These Terms & Conditions are published and governed in the English language. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail in all respects.
s13apk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, s13apk will provide reasonable advance notice to Members via the registered email address on file or via a prominent platform notification. Continued use of the s13apk platform following publication of amended terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
